Hehehehe... so I thought I give my mobile broadband a test... my sister's driving and Jumari is entertaining her.. we are well on our way to Newton for some seafood... and here I am sitting at the back blogging!!! muahahahahaha... and we are grooving to some Maroon 5 to get us prepared for 25th March... hint hint...
I think this M1 BB mobile thingy is good for those on the go... and those who is not patient enough for wireless hotspot connection... but it comes with a price... this connection will cost me abt $24 a mth plus minus... but it's okie since I already cancelled my 2nd Starhub Line which cost me abt $38 per mth. Just waiting for the next line contract to expire... then I can terminate that line too... so far the BB connection is fine.. it works perfectly well on expressways... especially SLE, where sometimes your phone connection/signal got cut due to the military stuff going around there... so I recommend this to anyone who has a laptop and travel long distance in public buses or trains.. it's totally worth it... I'm even thinking of using this at home and forget about my home BB connection.. maybe use it to d/l large files and skyping with feefee.. oh yeah talking abt skype... using the mobile BB... will cause some sort of lag with having ur video conferencing making the picture looked very pixelated... anyway I don't think anyone would video conferencing out in the open... pple might think you are crazy... tried that yesterday at school and pple around me tot I was laughing and talking to myself... so sad... at least I got Feefee serenading songs to me... *note: travelling on CTE now... reception not as good..*
This is also good for those whose workplace banned IM... just plug and play ur mobile BB and waaalaaa.... u can IM frens fromyour workstation... hehehe bad bad bad Diah.... hehehehe
You just have to pay some $27 bucks for SIM registration... and the rest is free... you just have to return the modem should you decide to termnate your line... it's 6 mths contract... and.. plug and play for XP and Vista... for those using Mac.. there a CD that comes along in the package for u to install...
so we are reaching newton now... have a good saturday night pple...
