...a foodie's choice...

Today... I was bored... instead of doing my school assignment... I went to the kitchen and found a near-empty refrigerator... which is not my liking... Nor's not in Town till tomoro... having cold fun in Hong Kong...

Anyway, I made my way down to the supermarket abt 3 mins drive... hahaha lazy me... and bought stuff to cook for dinner... then I suddenly had the urge to make something nice for pple back home... so I bought some stuff and it shall be Baked Salmon that we'll be eating tonight for dinner...
1. Marinate it with lime juice and thyme and rosemary leaves

2. Wrap it up and leave it in the fridge for abt 20 mins. At the same time, heat the oven.

3. Asparagus, young corn and Ready-Made Hollandaise Sauce. Chopped some garlic and slice the young corns. Mix together with some salt and black pepper.

4. Place it on the tray lined with aluminium foil. Use Olive Oil over the sliced, young corns, Asparagus, chopped garlic and onions.

5. Then cooked it for about 20-25 mins. Make sure you don't over cook the fish or the veggies.

6. Place it nicely on a plate... And pour over the heated Hollandaise Sauce (heat it over slow fire)

And there we go... it pretty simple actually...
